Project Manager – Position Description

Prime Property Group is one of the fastest growing companies in the property market of Cyprus, offering its customers various services such as real estate sales, leasing, management, construction and other related services. Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • organization and control of the project from the ground up to commissioning;
  • check the project budget and control of its execution;
  • formulation of goals and objectives, work plan and resources for the project, preparation of work schedules;
  • coordination and monitoring of the company's specialists in the framework of the project team, including lawyers, financiers, technical experts and others;
  • organization and control of receipt of all necessary initial permits;
  • preparation of the necessary reporting to company management.

Requirements:

  • higher construction and / or economic education;
  • knowledge of software: MS Project, AutoCad;
  • practical work as a project manager (5 years);
  • fluent verbal and written English is a must;
  • experience in residential construction is a must.

Rental Manager – Position Description

Responsibilities:

  • property sales and rental activities;
  • processing client requests and arranging viewings;
  • property database maintenance;
  • lead generation using various online and offline tools;
  • property promotion activities;
  • client support via phone and e-mail;
  • various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • communicative, friendly, user and team oriented;
  • well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • fluent English and Russian is a must;
  • experience in property sales or rentals;
  • good knowledge of the Limassol region;
  • work permit for Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • general administrative support including mailing, scanning, copying, faxing and etc.;
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
  • maintain and update data base;
  • provide full assistance to the department;
  • various daily tasks with project managers, accounting, aftersales, lawyers and etc.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft office skills is a must;
  • fluent English and Greek is a must (speaking, reading, writing);
  • Russian language will be an advantage;
  • organizational and communication skills;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • 2 years of experience at the same or similar position.
