Financial Reporting Analyst – Position Description

Prime Property Group is a leader in the field of real estate and property development in Cyprus and is offering one-stop shop services to international and local clients. Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Accounting & Finance department of the Group based in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analysing finance data and preparing financial reports and management accounts
  • Coordinate the audit process
  • Prepare presentations of company financials
  • Manage budget process by liaising with business managers to develop projections
  • Monitoring internal controls
  • Develop plans for financial growth

Site Manager (Management in Development) – Position Description

Prime Property Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in the property development market, is expanding its construction project management team and is currently looking for a Site Manager.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction activities from start to completion
  • Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints
  • Manage labor costs
  • Ordering of required site materials, and oversee deliveries
  • Manage materials schedule and budgeting
  • Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation and prepare reports for the works status

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manages the Recruitment & Selection procedures from start to finish.
  • Plans the Induction and Onboarding process for new employees.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Human Resources procedures and practices across the employees’ lifecycle
  • Partners with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues
  • Develops, in collaboration with the managers, Learning and Development options and handles the training administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Project Staff and Subcontractors are discharging their duties effectively;
  • Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering HSE team;
  • Provide, monitor and control labor, plant and materials to meet the program;

Profile:
