Prime Property Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in the property development market, is expanding its construction project management team and is currently looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of the project from the ground up to commissioning;
  • Monitor the project’s key parameters, budget, time and quality;
  • Liaise with the design team;
  • Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications;
  • Monitor and facilitate the project execution, project administration, correspondence, flow of information and data;
  • Enforce project’s standards;
  • Attend progress and technical meetings and perform site inspections;
  • Liaise with clients;
  • Prepare cost estimations and analysis;

  • Preparation of the necessary reporting to company management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management or related discipline;
  • Knowledge of software: MS Project, AutoCad, MS Office;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry;
  • Fluent in Greek and English;
  • Experience in residential projects is a must;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Site Manager (Management in Development) – Position Description

Prime Property Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in the property development market, is expanding its construction project management team and is currently looking for a Site Manager.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction activities from start to completion
  • Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints
  • Manage labor costs
  • Ordering of required site materials, and oversee deliveries
  • Manage materials schedule and budgeting
  • Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation and prepare reports for the works status
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Provide technical advice and solving problems onsite
  • Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies and legislation
  • Ability to manage several jobs at once

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

CAD Technician/Design Coordinator – Position Description

CAD Technician/Design Coordinator

 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coherence of company design system, management of the design process and review of progress against same
  • Ensure timely, presentable, consistent and high level of quality design information both internally and externally
  • Curtain wall business development, including the design, commercial and production function of the new division
  • Design Production and Project Management
  • Overall responsibility for assigned projects, to include timely production of design information
  • Close liaison with project design team, and internal project team
  • Management of external design by both project design, interface contractors, and outsourced designers
  • Adhering to design production programming, monitoring and review
  • Formal drawing check for main drawings prior to distribution
  • Drawing production based on scope of works
  • Design approval from client representative prior to critical design stages - procurement of material and installation
  • Clear and defined design drawings and information, to include filing and sourcing of same
  • Registration and uploading of current design information. Tracking of drawing revisions and notification
  • Ensuring server project file contains latest design information, internal & external.
  • Timely release of design information. Issue sheet production and distribution to all relevant parties
  • Specification compliance, including formation of defined specification under D&B contracts
  • All disciplines related to the construction and maintenance of Buildings (structural wo• Review meetings with interface contractors at key stages.i.e early and prior to installation

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Works Superintendent / General Foreman – Position Description

Works Superintendent / General Foreman

 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements;
  • Ensures that Project Staff and Subcontractors are discharging their duties effectively;
  • Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering HSE team and Clients’ team;
  • Provide, monitor and control labor, plant and materials to meet the program;
  • Advise on logistical execution approach to the projects;
  • Ensure accurate, legible and up-to-date allocation sheets are recorded and provided at shift dose with delivery tickets and plant returns to the engineering and commercial teams;
  • Ensure all records for inspections, work permits and briefings are up-to-date and in place;
  • Ensure the project is executed in a Safe Manner that complies with Contract Specification, Quality Standards, HSE Legislation and our clients requirements;
  • Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes/variations, subcontractors, etc.
  • Identify training requirements and review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of briefings;
  • Interview potential manpower and other supervisory site staff for the Project
  • Report to the Head of Construction I Project Manager.

Profile:

  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of construction processes (concrete structures, earthwork, metal and carpentry works, MEP/HVAC installations, etc..)
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems

  • Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment supplies
