The villas are situated in a private road among an oasis of olive, palm, banana trees and rose and jasmine bushes, in a quiet and tranquil area at the outskirts of Oroklini, 2.5 km from the sea, 10km from Larnaca center and 15km from the airport. The three bedroom villas are about 165 sq,meters covered area and the four bedroom about 185 sq.meters covered area.There is also an additional building of 185 sq,meters covered area with a basement of 180 sq meters, which at the moment is used as reception,office,managers flat,staff rooms and storerooms. The resort is in a plot of 4,800 sq.meters.
