bbf:’s mobile super-app for residential complexes launches this summer, and everything is done there in order to make the residents life convenient and easier.
As they say in the company’s IT and Innovation department, the app will have a lot of features.
So, for example, an access to bbf:care service - ones can contact the management company, get support for any issues related to real estate maintenance, send an application, view service bills and immediately pay them through the app. A very convenient and efficient way to contact the management company, which is always at hand.
Using the app ones can get into the complex territory: the app is integrated with the intercom, and any call to the intercom is displayed on the mobile phone. A contactless access system is also included - just approaching the house, the door will recognise the phone and open automatically.
Additional services can also be ordered in the app - from a water filter to the furniture and home accessories purchase.
The app will be launched this summer and become available to residents of different complexes gradually. The Columbia Residence in Limassol will be the first complex to launch the bbf: super-app.
