Department of Environment Approves New 15-Storey Construction in Limassol

Yet another high-rise is to enter the Limassol landscape, recently approved by the Department of Environment. The project is located on Alasias and Dimitri Ginou streets, in vicinity to Makarios Avenue - an area known for being home to residential, commercial and tourist developments, public and private service offices, stores, schools and much more.


 


The new build is to take up a total of 2134m2, rise to 75.55 meters, comprise green spaces and parking, and will replace an old abandoned building currently located in its place.


 


The new construction will include:


 



  • Three basement levels, providing parking for 185 cars that include 12 disabled parking spaces

  • Ground floor parking for 22 vehicles (including 2 disabled parking spaces), reception and waiting area, and a green area covering 750m2

  • Floors 1- 5 to be used for office accommodation, kitchen and bathrooms

  • Floor 6 for the installation of mechanical equipment

  • Floor 7 to offer an exhibition area, kitchen and bathrooms

  • Floors 8 - 15 to feature office accommodation, kitchen and bathrooms

  • The roof will feature a roof garden and a space for photovoltaic panels
