  • The main applicant in good standing

  • A secured annual income of €30,000, originating from abroad

  • For each dependant: €5,000 increase

  • For each parent: €8,000 increase

  • A three(3) year fixed deposit of at least €30.000, originating from outside Cyprus

  • Residential property of €300.000 (plus VAT if applicable) as a ‘first-time’ sale; this means that it must be bought from a property development company

  • 1 visit required in the 1st year to provide biometrics to obtain PRP. Consequently, visit Cyprus once every two(2) years

  • Residence Card holds no renewal requirement
